5 Technology Tips for Improving People Management in Your Business

Posted Leave a commentPosted in Dicas de Gestão

People management is critical to the success of a company. When this management is well done, professionals are more motivated and committed to the overall objectives of the organization, which brings numerous benefits to the overall results. People management must go beyond operational practices and strategic thinking needs to be put into it, implementing new practices in the daily life of human resources. In today’s article, we present 5 technology tips for improving people management in your business!

Real-time resources management

Software that enables real-time business analysis such as Multipeers is very important for human resource management. With true, up-to-date knowledge of team availability, it’s easier to troubleshoot issues, rearrange work teams, and ensure business productivity. It is also possible to always be aware of the performance of each employee, which allows to solve any demotivation problems, for example.

Implement telecommuting

Increasingly, employees value perks beyond salary. Today, thanks to technology, it is possible to work from anywhere in the World, no longer being required to be in the office all week. Implementing one day a week of teleworking will motivate your team and in the long run you will feel the difference by increasing the productivity of each employee.

Optimize meetings (and do them only when needed!)

Meetings are often longer than what was needed, which causes a lot of time to be lost, increasing the demotivation level in the teams. There is software that allows you to plan meetings so that they don’t last longer than necessary. Similarly, meetings can be held through Skype and other similar programs, which eliminates the need for everyone to be physically present. Meetings should only be scheduled when strictly necessary, as the “waste of time” makes employees feel unmotivated and misled!

Use cloud services

Cloud storage is already seen as a competitive strategy that meets the needs of small, medium and large businesses. Companies like Google and Microsoft provide servers where files are stored the same way they are stored on a computer or mobile device. Files are stored miles away, but over the Internet, through a login and password, you can log into your account and access all your files. This facilitates document sharing by all team members, making collaboration between everyone simpler and more organized.

Invest in internal communication

Internal communication is often overlooked, but it is one of the most important areas in a company because it deals with an organization’s main audience: its human resources. It is important that there is fluidity in message transmission as well as transparency in the work environment. It is essential to implement business management channels and/or applications that facilitate communication between various departments, such as creating Whatsapp groups or creating an internal newsletter.

5 Motivos para investir num ERP

5 Reasons to invest in an ERP

Posted 3 CommentsPosted in Dicas de Gestão

ERP stands for Entreprise Resource Planning. It emerged in the late 50’s, when it began to combine management with technology. Initially, its purpose was to optimize the time spent on manual tasks, but today this resource is able to integrate all the information and processes of an organization in one place. The mission of this tool is to group all departments of the company, providing better communication, through a continuous flow of information. This factor proves to be very useful because the processes of a company depend on each other and a failure of communication or loss of transmission of the data can mean great losses of productivity and profit. In today’s article, we present 5 reasons to invest in an ERP!

General business control

This is the main reason why you should invest in an ERP. The centralization of information is increasingly important as it allows greater control over data and more efficient decision making. The processes become simpler and can reduce costs with training of users and infrastructures. Knowing what is going on in your business is critical to making the right decisions, and in the hectic day-to-day running of a manager, grouped information becomes an asset.

More efficient customer management

Information in ERP about customers and potential customers of the company can be a great competitive advantage for companies that want to adapt to changes faster. Monitoring systems allow you to get immediate data about customer actions and interactions with the company, as well as information about your purchase history. This allows communication with the customer to become more personalized and objective.

Makes business processes more agile

As management programs present the information in a condensed and ready-to-analyze form, the need to make extensive reports will disappear. In this way, employees who previously had this responsibility will have more time available for other tasks, which will certainly contribute to an increase in productivity. Real-time analysis in conjunction with the ERP eliminates the more bureaucratic tasks, which makes the company more agile.

Decreased likelihood of error

Using an ERP reduces communication failures and speeds up data consolidation. All company information will only be in one place, which makes analytical processes more agile and effective. Thus, the probability of communication failures becomes much reduced, which contributes to more assertive decision making.

High Mobility

Currently, almost all ERPs have the potential to be used on mobile devices. Therefore, it is possible to be in a meeting or a trip and have real and updated information about the state of the business. This is a very important advantage, since increasingly your business is where you are, so it is vital that you always have access to the most up-to-date information about your company!

Tecnologia em escritórios de contabilidade: o que tem mudado?

Technology in Accounting Offices: What Has Changed?

Posted Leave a commentPosted in Dicas de Gestão

Have you ever stopped to think about what an accounting office was like 50 years ago? Certainly, it has no relation to the current reality. The technology in accounting offices has changed the way accountants relate and service their customers. Can you imagine the office boys coming and going between the client’s office and the accountant’s office, bringing documents in and out? It is true that they had invented the facsimile machine. You put the document on the side here and your caller was waiting on the other side. This is of less if we stop to think about how the deeds were done, with manual filling of fiscal books, accounting entries and elaboration of statements. For the accountants, it was a lot of work, a permanent exposure to errors and lengthy conciliation procedures. Not to mention the old typewriter, which when you got it wrong gave a damn trouble to correct. It was the numbering machine, you missed a number and that was it. The sum was wrong, the numbers did not beat and had to start all over again. As a consequence, the productivity of an accounting firm can not be said to be exemplary, however great the accountant’s expertise. What was more advanced was the spreadsheet system called Lotus 123. It was the maximum of automation possible in the accounting offices.

The leap of technology

From the 90’s, mainly, business management software began to gain strength in Brazil. Small, medium and long-term companies received IT solutions that allowed a broad view of the business through management reporting. The paperwork decreased, as well as the need for human resources involved in administrative processes, allowing companies to allocate them in their activities. Decisions became more agile and even the life of accountants was facilitated, since most of these software had accounting modules. At the same time, accounting offices have gained specific tools for accounting records and reporting. Automation on both sides, the productivity gain was natural.At the beginning of the twenty-first century technological solutions began to evolve at a dizzying pace. With the spread of the Internet as a business tool, data transmission has gained new momentum. Office boys were on their way. Today, we are experiencing the age of cloud software and system integration. Now the challenge is to integrate the various sources of strategic information, from software to news feeds into a single tool. We have already come across solutions that allow you to control various financial flows centrally. The logic is reversing. Now it is no longer the manager who seeks information, but the opposite. We are in the information age in real time. Competing is no longer just having the best value proposition for customers. You need agility to make decisions now.

Competitive accounting technology and offices

If you are an accountant, you must have realized that technology and competitiveness go hand in hand. An accounting office competes with other offices. Although competing for price is not the best of strategies, sometimes it becomes inevitable. After all, customers want the best service at the lowest cost. The good news is that this is fully possible. From the moment you have greater productivity, you can serve more customers and, therefore, deliver competitive prices. In accounting, today, agility in the provision of accounting services is a way to generate value for the customer . As for prices, a lean and agile operation, coupled with productivity, guarantees reduced costs and the possibility of being competitive.

What do we have to change these days?

The new change, which is not even so new, in the organizational universe are online softwares. The advantage of this type of software is that it allows you to integrate people into different places. Managers, vendors and administrative staff can share the same information whether or not they are in the office. Thanks to new data transmission technologies, software can be integrated. From this leap forward, the new business model involving accounting offices and their clients is full integration and remote transmission. By means of accounting integration it is possible that the accountant has remote access and capture not only of the financial reports, but also of the fiscal documents. From this resource, besides the near zero reduction of the risk of errors, the work of the accountant has become still more agile. The customer data is captured and already absorbed by the accounting software. With this, we have a scenario in which the financial statements can be produced almost in real time. That means, for the accounting offices, more productivity, less costs and more customers.

Como deve ser o gestor do futuro?

How should the manager of the future be?

Posted Leave a commentPosted in Dicas de Gestão

The manager of the future can not be the same as the manager of the past. The business world changes at an amazing pace, so it is necessary that the manager is always aware of the latest changes in the market, because only then can you remain competitive and make the right decisions for the future of the business. The manager of the future is expected to be more proactive than now and not expect situations to happen to act. In today’s article, we cover the key aspects about what a future manager should have!

More than one manager should be a leader

The manager should be an example to follow and should be able to motivate his team to work in the direction that he believes is the most suitable for the business. The manager can not be someone who gives orders and expects them to be fulfilled blindly. It should be a leader within the organization, because only then can you make a difference.

Know how to listen

This advices fits into any area of personal and professional life. People say that as we have two ears and only one mouth, we should talk less and hear more! In the business world, the leader must know how to listen to his employees because only then he will be able to find problems and implement improvements. When the leader listens to his or her employees, a closer relationship is established between them and together they will be able to find answers that will be beneficial to management.

Constantly evaluate the business

“A business that produces nothing but money is a poor business”: the celebrated phrase is by Henry Ford and still stands today. A good leader should evaluate a business as a whole and not just focus on money. The manager should be able to assess the financial aspects, but also the aspects related to employee motivation, working conditions and social impact of the business

Simplify processes

“Simplicity is the supreme sophistication”: this phrase was on the first flyer of Apple and was a philosophy followed by Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs eliminated all the accessory elements and focused only on what was really important. Managers tend to complicate everything from creating reports to holding extensive meetings. A good manager should be able to present the information to his team in a simple and easy-to-understand way so that the work can flow at a good pace. This increasing need for this simplicity was one reason why software such as Multipeers has emerged, allowing you to analyze information in real time in a simple, practical and intuitive way.

Know the technology

It is not expected that the manager of the future is a technology expert, but must be aware of existing offerings in the market that can improve the organization’s productivity. Technology has more and more impact in the business world, so this area must be closely monitored by the manager.

O que podemos esperar da tecnologia em 2019?

What can we expect from technology in 2019?

Posted Leave a commentPosted in Dicas de Gestão

The end of the year is always the time to anticipate trends and it is essential that companies are aware of the technological innovations of the upcoming year. Gartner has already pointed out the key technology trends that we will find in 2019. In today’s article, we talk about the major technology trends in the new year!

Digital Twins

This is a solution that aims to improve the processes of creation, testing and correction in the manufacture of new products. In fact, digital twins are nothing more than a copy of processes that exist in reality. At the same time that a product is developed in the physical world, its creation also happens in the virtual world. In this way, it is possible to carry out tests and analyzes before the product reaches the market. The main advantages of this technology are: reduction of production time, reduction of costs, greater capacity of adaptation, better forecast of profits and improvements of the forecast of risks and reduction of errors.

Augmented Analytics

Data are the most important assets of companies and managers need to be aware of this. By 2019 data analysis is expected to become even more important and programs and applications are used to enable data to be analyzed faster and more automatically. The goal is not to replace humans in this task, but to equip them with all the tools and information necessary for more assertive decision making. In this way, you can automate data creation, discover trends, and exchange information across departments. The RH, financial, sales and marketing departments are the ones who most benefit from this type of analysis.

Blockchain is very fashionable due to the increasing use of crypto-coins, but its use goes far beyond that. This technology makes transaction logging much more secure. This technology has innovated in the way of recording information, which provides a new way of working with data in the web world. However, Blockchain is not only used in the world of crypto-coins. Also in the area of health this technology can be used, since it allows a registry of all data movement, which increases the security of the same. 2019 will be the year of solidification of this technology.

Chatbots are the stars of artificial intelligence. They are linked to the company’s database and use common language to talk to customers. They are able to recognize names and phone numbers to predict customer behavior. They are very intelligent systems in that they store the essential information so they can refer customers to the areas they need to consult. Ryanair, for example, already uses this system to talk to customers. More and more companies are using this functionality and it is expected that in 2019 there will be a great increase in their use.

Interactive Dashboards

The large volume and complexity of data requires new ways of analyzing information. Interactive dashboards are going to be a big trend next year. Softwares such as Multipeers allow the creation of an interactive dashboard with information from several data sources, which makes the analysis faster and, consequently, the decision making is faster and efficient.

Estarão as empresas prontas para adoptar a tecnologia RPA? (parte 2)

Are companies ready to adopt RPA technology? (part 2)

Posted Leave a commentPosted in Internet e Marketing

By Adriano Ribeiro, CEO & Partner bwd and Rui Raposo, CCO & Partner bwd

You can read the first part of the article here.

And what are the advantages/benefits generated by the passage of these human tasks to robots?

First of all, people welcome this technology because they hate the tasks that systems do, relieving them of growing work pressure.

Another advantage immediately recognized by the users of these RPA solutions is the significant increase in the productivity of the organization as employees are freed from time consuming tasks to start to perform more stimulating tasks.

Additionally we can add as advantages of RPA solutions:

  • the high scalability of operations without the need to increase the workforce;
  • the elimination of activities related to manual data collection and human error;
  • the monitoring of the speed of the business, due to the speed gains that the solution allows to obtain.

All this without any use of code, allowing teams in various business areas to create robots autonomously for the tasks they wish to automate, with the rapid attainment of increased operational efficiency.

Is the adoption of these RPA solutions a small investment?

Yes, and being a small but variable investment, your return is always less than a year. So if a RPA tool is inexpensive and additionally does not require great IT skills to implement, its implementation turns out to be a no-brainer. The implementation of RPA solutions is, in fact, simple, allowing very fast results. This is particularly important when, as we all know, in our organizations often, the business wants something relatively small, but the IT department having larger fish to fry puts these requests and materials last. Once this reality is realized, the only major concern regarding the implementation of this RPA solution has to do with the disruptive effects. For this reason, we often find IT teams in denial about RPA and what it can do. The solution lies in the use of a competent partner in the implementation of these solutions that can understand all the impacts that these encompass for the IT structure, in total alignment with the IT teams and ensuring that the designed RPA solution is conveniently embedded in the overall strategy from you.

Do these solutions easily integrate with organizations’ information systems?

This is another of the advantages in implementing these solutions – its simple and easy integration with any legacy or non-legacy systems architecture. It is very interesting that the adoption of automation programs, because they are neutral technologies, allows the organizations to maintain a high rate of modernization with the internalization of the rapid advances that are realized in this area, unlike other IT investments in which the organizations are obliged to rethink your approach every time you adopt a new technology. In addition to this alignment with the IT strategy, the implementation of an RPA solution within an automation strategy in order to be successful must be fully aligned with the business and operations strategy. More than simply automating an activity, advances in artificial intelligence, software robotics, machine learning, and innovative technology platforms enable companies to redefine their processes and consistently evolve to modernize their organization. Therefore, workplace automation provides a significant opportunity for improvements in the performance and overall efficiency of organizations.

The main objectives identified in the adoption of technologies such as RPA are:

  • Reducing risk – Many companies automate processes to reduce the risk of malware and other threats. The risks inherent in upgrades and migrations also drive organizations to software as a service (SaaS) and cloud computing. Finally, the risk of inactivity is another driver to select the new generation of RPA, ITO, BPO and XaaS.
  • Increased efficiency – Companies that embrace RPA implementation often do so because automation leads to significant productivity improvements and increased organizational flexibility
  • Increased Compliance – By recording all actions and identifying and removing data gaps between multiple sources, RPA assists in performing reviews and recognizing compliance issues.
    Higher quality information available.

The methodology applied in the implementation is also fundamental. If properly implemented, automation can provide tremendous improvements in all these areas. But the balance of benefits can vary with different technologies and approaches. The right balance for any organization will depend on your overall strategy and your business goals. Automation programs should therefore start with a clear articulation of the problem. Each project must be able to identify where and how the automation can offer improvements and show how these improvements are linked to the overall strategy of the company. To maximize return on investment, companies must be careful not to specify, overstate, or overspend on investments in automation. Choosing the right level of complexity to meet current and future predictable needs requires a deep understanding of the organization’s processes and systems.

It seems clear from our experience that the most successful RPA solution implementation projects have the following characteristics:

  1. Decentralization in terms of governance in project management. Decentralization in functions or business units as responsible for automation initiatives, with or without support from a core team. Conversely, experiences in less successful organizations are those where a central team is the sole responsible for delivering automation throughout the organization.
  2. The expansion of Buy-in in automation throughout the organization. Encouraging a truly enterprise-wide program and pursuing the adoption of more advanced cognitive automation technologies.
  3. The involvement of the IT function. The success of automation programs also depends on the early involvement of the IT function. First and foremost, IT teams from these organizations are more likely to have automated their own processes. Your involvement in the automation effort is definitely a differential in success.

In conclusion, the evidence suggests that Artificial Intelligence solutions like RPA deliver real value to business and can be a powerful force for disruption. The first to adopt AI solutions that combine strong digital capacity with proactive strategies have higher profit margins and stand out in terms of the performance of other companies. Numerous success stories in implementing retail, utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and education companies highlight AI’s potential to improve forecasting and sourcing, optimize and automate operations, develop targeted marketing, price management, and improve experience.

The importance of implementing the AI solutions as RPA in a correct digital strategy for each organization means that there are no shortcuts to the companies in this regard, otherwise they run a serious risk of implementation failure.

Companies cannot even delay the start of their digital journey, including IA. The first to adopt, will create great competitive advantages.

A successful program requires companies to address many elements of a digital and analytical transformation: identify the business case, set up the right data ecosystem, build or purchase appropriate AI tools, and adapt workflow, resource, and culture processes .

AI promises benefits, but it also poses challenges that run across companies, and workers and teams need to be prepared to exploit the RPA and resist competing with it.

So we asked: Is RPA technology ready and available for companies, large or small, but are companies ready to embrace RPA technology?

RPA is a type of software that mimics the activity of a human being in performing a task within a process and who can perform repetitive tasks more quickly, accurately and relentlessly, freeing humans to perform other tasks that require capabilities such as emotional intelligence, reasoning, and complex interaction with clients or suppliers.

In bwd we usually say that the RPA takes the robot out of the human being.

In a Back-Office process, the “normal” human collaborator has a high number of repetitive, routine tasks that are sad and uninteresting. As a result, this new wave of automation, using RPA, is being driven by the same reasons that first brought robotics and automation to the workplace: freeing human workers of dirty, boring or dangerous tasks; to improve quality, eliminate errors and reduce the variability of results. And, of course, reduce costs.

There is, however, a concern in the minds of people: can there be a connection between the shift from these tasks to robots and the reduction of employment for humans?

The only direct relationship that can be established is the passage to the robots of repetitive tasks that waste the potential of human intervention. With the use of robots, “humans” can be used where human thinking is necessary, with all its aspects, such as creativity.

But after all, what applications has RPA – why is its application growing exponentially?

Organizations are handling ever-increasing workloads. There will be an exponential amount of work that coincides with the exponential increase of data -50 percent more each year. We also have the factor of massive increase in audit regulation and bureaucracy. We need automation to relieve the stress these activities create on organizations.

For example, highly regulated industries, such as insurance and banking, are finding that automation is an inexpensive and quick way to apply superior capability in responding to the compliance problem.

The RPA also allows better service and greater attention to the customer, since it allows more power in the whole process. In an organization where customer inquiries are regular, for example, it can free staff to deal with more complex issues. Its users can create intelligent robots that mimic human actions while driving continuous improvement using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. These intelligent robots interact in harmony with applications, and with any legacy system, portal or database, aggregating data, transforming it into useful information, triggering responses and communicating between organizational systems, Web sites and desktop applications. They are an excellent complement to human work.

So what tasks can the robot do concretely?

Robots can be used in multiple activities. Just as an example, we can list some:

  • Processing of returns in e-commerce, a task that is significantly time-consuming when executed manually;
  • Workflow Management, encompassing both workflow management and other HR processes, such as shift allocation, payment map management and employee license, which can be performed more productively by RPA;
  • Management of customer support, which with RPA runs uninterrupted 24 hours a day including automation of processes such as feedback collection;
  • ERP management, performing integrations of central systems with inventory systems and front-office systems, which ensures efficient management of logistics activities and the value chain, as well as permanent monitoring of the level of stocks;
  • Accounting and financial area, including order and invoice processing, management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciliation of accounts, payment orders, reports, consolidation of account information among numerous other tasks, can be managed by RPA, such as transactions between several departments and divisions that need to be registered and updated and consolidated in the ERP;
  • Marketing and Consumer Behavior Analysis, campaigns can be repeated without manual effort, which enables an adjustment in strategies based on the analysis, while RPA will help to measure the effectiveness of new strategies;
  • Demand and supply planning – a complex task that requires research and data collection, formatting and execution of simulations, finding exceptions, tasks that can be automated and simplified using RPA technology;
  • Logistics and Value Chain Management – automation of e-mails by RPA means the possibility of automatically executing the sending of an email or text when an order is reserved, sent, delayed or delivered, which is also very useful maintaining stock levels and creating notifications when products reach extremely low levels or thresholds. After evaluating previous orders, RPA can help determine optimal order levels to improve procurement, reduce costs, and reduce waste.

Are the tasks not confined to data processing?

Data collection and processing are among the immediate features of RPA, however, intelligent analysis and processing tasks are unlimited.

Como aumentar a inteligência operacional do seu negócio

How to increase the operational intelligence of your business

Posted 1 CommentPosted in Dicas de Gestão

Operational intelligence is a new way of analyzing the business and finding answers to the challenges that businesses face every day. This concept is closely tied to technology and addresses data analysis so that they can make decisions based on real-time information. The main benefit of using operational intelligence is the ability to address problems and opportunities at the very moment they arise (in some cases, it is possible to anticipate trends and problems, solving them before they wreak havoc on the business). This makes managers make decisions more conscientiously and based on reliable information, which in turn will increase the effectiveness of the business, leading to better results. But how to increase the operational intelligence of your business? That’s what this article is all about! Check out our tips!

Automate everything you can

One of the most important advantages of operational intelligence is the automation of tasks. The more automated the job is, the more time employees will have to make the business more productive. Automation can range from the simplest to the most complex tasks. At the marketing level, we can automate a welcome email to a new newsletter subscriber or even a thank-you email for a purchase in our online store, for example. Automation eliminates the most annoying tasks employees have to perform, leaving them free for more important things.

Use a CRM

CRM is the acronym for Customer Relationship Management and is used by thousands of companies to manage their relationship with current and potential customers. This software aims to protect the business information of a company. At the same time, a CRM helps identify the best actions and the best time to contact the customer, in order to boost the sale. Likewise, it allows you to evaluate objectives and evaluate the sales team. Well-used CRM software helps increase a company’s productivity and reduces the likelihood of error by human resources. Reducing mistakes allows sales to be made simpler, and as a result, the company wins, as it sees its profits increase. CRM allows no contact with a potential customer to get lost, thus ensuring that everything is done for the sale to take place.

Use a real-time monitoring system

When you know exactly what is going on in your business, it is much easier to make the right decision. Analyzing your business in real time will give you all the inputs you need so you can consciously decide on the best course to take. The reports with a few days present outdated information, which does not correspond to the actual state of the company at that time. Therefore, often the decisions made are mismatched and do not benefit the business. Monitoring the business in real time will change this scenario, because you will have reliable information in your hand and will be able to make better decisions. Analyzing data in real time is increasingly a reality in companies around the world. Business happens at a very fast pace and it is essential that you know what is happening in your company to make the most appropriate decisions for your business. Como usar a inteligência artificial na área do marketing?

How to use artificial intelligence in marketing?

Posted Leave a commentPosted in Internet e Marketing

Artificial intelligence is everywhere, and there is no denying it! If a few years ago when we thought of artificial intelligence “we traveled” to a distant future, today we can say that artificial intelligence is already part of our day-to-day life. One of the areas that has taken most advantage of this new era is the marketing area. In today’s article we will understand how we can use artificial intelligence in marketing.

Customize the consumer experience

This is the most striking area of artificial intelligence in the marketing arena. The consumer is the most important person in the entire communicative process, and based on the data collected (personal information, information about what searches on the internet, buying behavior) it is possible to offer personalized content according to the actual preferences of each person. So each consumer will feel unique and special and the company will profit from it!

Increasing use of chatbots

Chatbots are the stars of artificial intelligence. They are linked to the company’s database and use common language to talk to customers. They are able to recognize names and phone numbers to predict customer behavior. They are very intelligent systems in that they store the essential information so they can refer customers to the areas they need to consult. Ryanair, for example, already uses this system to talk to customers. The advantage is that through the chatbots you can provide a much more personalized experience to the customer, because all your preferences are present!

More centralized management

Artificial intelligence helps companies to interconnect all their information, which has a very important weight in management decisions and especially in the marketing area. A company that analyzes your information in real time and has all the important business information in one place will be able to make more assertive and successful decisions, which enhances the success of the business. Multipeers is therefore an increasingly necessary tool in today’s businesses.

Automation of tasks

One of the most important advantages of artificial intelligence is the automation of tasks. The more automated the job is, the more time employees will have to make the business more productive. Automation can range from the simplest to the most complex tasks. At the marketing level, we can automate a welcome email to a new newsletter subscriber or even a thank-you email for a purchase in our online store.

Better use of data

Artificial intelligence helps to compile data and analyze daily experiences to find patterns and ways of improvement. The artificial intelligence systems of data analysis independently calculate the information in order to generate insights essential for a correct decision making. With experience, machines will be able to learn how to predict behavior of employees and customers.
